BeAssured will partner you throughout the recruitment journey and have a range of packages and fee options to suit each individual company. We can tailor the recruitment journey to offer you as much or as little support as you require. Our services include:

Recruitment plan

An initial meeting (ideally face to face but if not via phone/video conferencing) to gain a solid understanding of your business culture, discuss the skills, experience and personality traits that are essential and desirable for the role and agree a timeline of action. BeAssured will also share market analysis and provide any advice on salary benchmarking. Terms will be agreed based on the best package, allowing you to proceed with confidence

Job description and job advert drafting

BeAssured will prepare a job description (including person specification) and advert copy, to be agreed by you and used during the recruitment process.

Advertising

BeAssured will advertise the vacancy and manage applications across free job boards and free social media channels for an agreed period of time. We also have access to paid advertising platforms and enhanced social media coverage at additional cost to the agreed fee.

Search and selection

We will review all applicants from advertising channels and filter the best CV’s to ensure you will only see the most suitable candidates according to your essential and desirable criteria. Alternatively, you may choose to see all applications which BeAssured will facilitate in a manageable process. You may also request that we approach the candidate market proactively to engage with passive job seekers

Shortlisting

If requested we can hold initial pre-screen telephone interviews to ask an agreed shortlisting criteria and will then supply you with a shortlist of candidates to interview.

Interview scheduling

BeAssured will schedule candidates interviews to your availability, ensure they are well briefed on the specifics and format of the interview, and process all administration. We can help draft interview questions and be part of the interview panel.

Offers & regrets

On your behalf, we can make the offer to successful candidates (and negotiate if required) and inform unsuccessful candidates if they are not right for the role. We will keep in touch with the successful candidate through their resignation and notice period and facilitate any pre start engagement.

Employment checks

We can assist you with reference information, qualification checks, right to work in the UK and medical certificates (if required). As the Employer the legal emphasis is on you to carry out and be satisfied with these checks.

Further HR support

BeAssured closely Partner with a team of talented HR consultants who can provide employment services and advice including: offer letters, contracts of employment, probationary letters, staff handbooks, induction and onboarding plans. This would be at additional cost to the agreed recruitment fee.

Aftercare

A successful placement does not mean the end of the relationship with BeAssured…just the beginning. We believe passionately in placing candidates in long term roles and your feedback and ongoing business relationship is key to us.

Retainer packages are available for clients that will recruit on multiple occasions and would prefer to settle a yearly invoice.

Candidate Journey

BeAssured know that job searching can be a nerve wracking and stressful time so will support you throughout the process offering advice and guidance. Our aim is keep you well informed and fully prepared so you can enjoy your experience.

Initial telephone introduction

If you have applied for a specific role or sent your CV to BeAssured as a general enquiry you will be initially contacted to confirm receipt of your CV and discuss your aspirations. You will also be sent a GDPR email requesting your permission to retain your data and the purposes it will be used for.

Face to face interview

You may be invited for a face to face or zoom interview with BeAssured to discuss your experience to date and aspirations in greater depth. It is important for us to really understand your motivations for seeking a new role and your career ambition so we can match you with the best relevant vacancies. This interview will be excellent practice for your future interviews and we will take the opportunity to give you feedback, tips and advice.

Briefing on potential roles

BeAssured Recruitment operate a strict policy of speaking with candidates before submitting their CV to roles. We will brief you on the Company including location, nature of business, working culture and the job specification, person specification, reason for vacancy and recruiting timescales. You will guide us on the roles you wish to proceed with.

Preparing for interview

We will fully prepare you for your interview with as much information as possible. We will advise you who will be interviewing, the interview format and what to expect post interview. We would encourage at least one interview to be held in the working day so you can experience the company during operational hours.

Feedback

BeAssured will contact you for your feedback post interview. Please be as open and honest about any questions, concerns and positives at this stage. We will then feedback to the client on your behalf. Any feedback we receive from the client on your interview performance will be discussed with you. You may be invited for a further interview which is an opportunity for both parties to get to know each better and answer any questions you may have.

Offer stage

If the client would like to make you an offer BeAssured will contact you with all the information you will need to make a verbal decision. It is understandable to take time to speak to your support network. If you accept the position we will then arrange for a formal offer letter to be sent from the client to facilitate you handing your notice and confirming a start date.

Aftercare

We are passionate about placing candidates where they can achieve career longevity. We would welcome the chance to keep in touch to see how you progress and develop in the role and have a healthy referral scheme for any friends, family and colleagues.
