BeAssured Recruitment History

BeAssured Recruitment was formed in 2020 from the desire to bring something new to the recruitment industry by considering the candidate and client in equal measure, presenting a fully consultative approach, and offering a range of flexible payment options.

BeAssured take the time to develop relationships with both parties to ensure a strong skill and cultural fit resulting in a long-term successful placement. The experience of founder Belinda Sinfield spans over 20 years and she will share her knowledge as recruiter, candidate and client to offer a unique service.

Belinda has worked within recruitment for almost 20 years. Specialising in Financial and Accountancy agency placements for 15 years before managing a 360-degree Recruitment process for a local, leading Accountancy Firm. She is proud to have a successful track record placing candidates in roles enabling their long-term career objectives and personally enjoys building meaningful professional relationships. Belinda is loyal, hardworking, driven and honest. Outside of work Belinda is Mum to two children and enjoys muddy boot walks, her husband’s roast dinners and travelling.

BeAssured Recruitment offers an assured recruitment experience. We specialise in roles across disciplines including Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Customer Services, Sales and Administration at all levels to Director level, in all sectors throughout Worcestershire, Herefordshire and the Midlands.

With 20 years’ experience within both external and internal recruitment, BeAssured offers an honest insight into the hiring process. Our promise is to offer a reliable and progressive service whilst demonstrating our passion for recruiting and talent acquisition.

An alternative and cost effective recruitment solution with no compromise of service. Complete transparency of recruitment costs negotiated and fixed at the beginning of the recruitment process.

The commitment to our service and our confidence in a successful placement allows us to offer flexible payment terms covering the candidates probation period (up to 3 months).
